FAQ
- Is the 3-business-day timeline really guaranteed?
- Three business days is our standard lead time, starting from the moment requirements are confirmed and all assets are supplied. If the scope is unusually complex or significant revisions arise, we will discuss the timeline together. A rush option (next business day, +30%) is also available.
- Are there limits on revisions?
- Minor revisions within one month of delivery — text changes, color tweaks, and similar adjustments — are included at no charge. Major redesigns or new feature additions may incur an additional fee.
- Who owns the copyright?
- Full copyright of all deliverables (HTML/CSS/JS) transfers to you upon delivery and payment. We may list the project in our portfolio as a work sample; if you prefer non-disclosure, just let us know.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept bank transfer and Stripe (credit card). A 50% deposit is required before kick-off; the remaining 50% is due upon delivery.
- Is post-delivery support available?
- Monthly maintenance plans are available from ¥5,000/month. Even without a plan, ad-hoc support is available at ¥5,000 per 30 minutes.
- Do you work with any industry or company size?
- Absolutely — sole proprietors, startups, SMBs, and enterprises are all welcome. We have experience with both B2B and B2C projects. We bring particular depth to SaaS, IT services, professional services, and manufacturing LPs.
- Do I need to supply photos and videos?
- We recommend supplying your own assets, but substituting free-stock images (Unsplash / Pexels, etc.) is perfectly fine. Logo design (+¥20,000) and asset sourcing consultation are also available.
